This year as well, the Festival will offer to its public and
teatre professionals a varied range of productions selected by
Cornel Todea, the artistic director of the festival, from all over
the world and from Romanian theatres, divided in two sections: 0-3
years and 4-12 years, together with workshops, rehearsed readings
of new Romanian plays for children, presentations and debates:
3 New plays for children - an anthology of
plays awarded or nominated at the contest of
100, 1000, 1
000 000 Stories festival in July 2010;
Artistic practices for children - a seminar
about early age educational programmes of performing arts companies
and visual arts museums in Romania.
The Early Age section is presented in the
framework of Small size, big citizens project, supported
by the European programme Culture 2007.
The jury of the festival will grant awards for:
Best Performance, Best "0-3 years" Performance, Best
Actor/Actress and Best Director.
