- 2004/2005 assistent on Faculty of Drama Art, Academy of  Art in Banska Bystrica
- 2003 - 2004 stage director in Municipal Theatre Zilina
- 2001 - 2002 leader and director of Creative group Tearton
- 1996 - 1998 position of artistic leader, playwriter and director in student's  theatre HRB in Snina  (founded in 1996)
